I'm signing because they took my infant on January 2nd, 2025 without a warrant or a DCFS Hotline call. We done nothing wrong, and they forced us to do a service plan. Even after we completed the service plan, they still are trying to adopt our child out. DCFS should be stopped, and made accountable

Because I'm a victim of case managers lies about myself in order to keep me from my grandchildren. Most of DCF workers should be investigated and the system totally reformed. DCF is not all for the children. They have not put the children first and having their best interest at heart. We must have DCF reformed in all states to protect the children.

My son died my grandchildren were placed as orphins. I spent 5 years trying to get custody. However in 2022 all parties were dropped from case. I got legal guardianship in Iowa. The kids were at my new residence in Iowa. The former foster mother took the kids from Iowa back to Illinois where a social worker met her and placed the kids back into CPS guardianship. Which of course being a new case I could not intervein. I lost the case Dec 12, 2026 I can not even have visitation.

This is a serious issue that has unjustly and unlawfully traumatized my family in a detrimental way, and DCFS NEEDS to be held accountable for their actions of knowingly using unqualified employees in positions where they can separate children from their homes and families without having the proper experience and judgement to make such a decision! This can not stand and needs to be corrected in order to prevent more hurt and trauma from being erroneously inflicted upon additional families.

DCFS removal with no due process didnt follow there own procedures held child beyond medical necessity in hospital for 6 months because no placement GAL made her own narrative and never met child who I s a teen and was nit given option to speak and moved kid across the US to Utah for residential year totally keeping family from healing

People are using dcfs as a weapon. Calling dcfs weekly/monthly and dcfs keeps investigating without any proof or cause. Showing up at schools and pulling children out of class and giving kids and parents unnecessary anxiety and nobody is being held accountable for making false accusations!!

DCFS removal with no due process held teen in psychiatric hospital beyond medical necessity for 6 months GAL didn't follow law and help and moved child to Utah for residential stopping family from healing and knowing that child want to be home

They are WRONG! Too many children endure TRUE TRAUMA after being “rehomed”. They do poor investigating, remove children from loving homes take them to STRANGERS, most who just foster for a check. I know too many who have lost their children, for no good reason just LIES!

Dcfs needs to be investigated from January 1st 1993 up until June 25th 2006, to be held Accountable for cases where children were removed without a valid court to explain why it took place anyway and be held to answer for the pain suffering of parents children that suffered in foster care as well as an Audit being done as to fraud and deception taking place to keep children unnecessary in state custody
