I believe there needs to be accountability for the repeated harassment and cyberbullying taking place on social media. Social media should never be used as a platform to continuously target, embarrass, intimidate, or provoke other people. When this type of behavior becomes a pattern and multiple individuals are being affected, it should not simply be dismissed as “online drama.” Everyone deserves to be able to use social media without feeling as though they are constantly being targeted.
