I was born and bred in Essington. It would be a crying shame to lose this beautiful land when there's plenty of brown belt areas that could be used.

The village lacks general amenities such as shops, transport links, over crowded school, we have been cut off for years. Adding housing to the village is only going to impact places at the schools, healthcare demand and increasing traffic. This is not what the village wants. The infrastructure cannot cope as it is… plus it always floods there. Plus nature will have a severe impact

We are a small village and have lots of building work and houses developed in recent years ..our space roads and infrastructure cannot take more houses

Too close to the pools and wildlife.
Leads out into a very busy road which often has traffic queuing
The proposed land is often waterlogged and nearby Brown shore Lane is often flooded.

Essington is too well built on already. Congestion at school, drainage issues, road issues all of the time (pot holes) through passing traffic. If they yes to this, then Essington will end up not being a village anymore. It will end up with more proposals. Good luck.

I live next to the pools and walk my dog around there 3 times daily, the amount of wildlife is unbelievable and having building so close by would disrupt all of the habitats in the area.
Aldi I have to commute to work via high hill and the slightest disruption along that road has massive tailbacks and hold ups in all of the area. The road also floods in various places along the road quite several sometimes, without the field to soak up the rain water I fear the flooding would just get worse.
