Grandparents should have rights , it’s not fair to the children if the parents can’t get along , grandparents play a big part in society.

It is unfair to both children & grandparents to keep them separated unless it's necessary for child safety. Some parents use their children against their extended family in a power struggle or due to mental illness.

We are being alienated from our grandson, who has been in out care for most of the 10 years of his life.

My daughter who is married to her estranged husband for 8.5 years now, won’t let me see my grandsons. She is hiding her mental illness which I see and know about. She refuses to let me have any contact with them. In March 2026, my youngest now 8 years old grandson, told me about his big brother molesting him. My daughter admitted to knowing this and my older grandson admitted to doing this to his younger brother. However, when DCS got involved my daughter brainwashed the boys & scared them.
