My Husband protects the City of Fort Worth for 29 years now. I demand full funding for his protection so he can come home to me and so many other fire fighter families as well!

I live in Fort Worth and believe our fire department should be staffed and funded to reflect the growth we are experiencing. New developments, apartments, and businesses everywhere should be reason to keep 4 man staffing, and increase funding for all types of emergencies. Staffing 4 on trucks and engines makes a world of difference on the fireground.

Retired from FWFD, was hired when we rode with 3 firefighters on each truck. When we went to 4 firefighters on each truck it made such a difference in working on a scene, patient care and fighting fires. Stay Strong!

Our fire fighters and EMS are woefully underfunded and lacking of good medical and dental insurance coverage.
THEY NEED HELP.

Our Firefighters and EMS are under paid and have lousy medical insurance, yet they have answered the call to serve and protect all of us! To do less than fully fund them would be criminal!

FD should never be less than a 4 man crew. Firefighter safety and public safety is severely compromised when less than 4. Less paramedics means longer response times and over worked crews.
