A Humble Appeal for Stipend for FMGE We are simply asking for equal recognition and fair compensation for the work we perform. If an FMGE intern is performing the same clinical duties, working the same long hours, attending emergencies, and contributing to patient care alongside an IMG intern, then there should be a fair and transparent policy regarding stipend for both.
