No one notified the police were on property, or reasons they were there. Whether looking for child or not, property owners still the right to be informed that police were there.
donkey was tased. most livestock retreat from electric shock of fence wires. Why would this pet friendly, child friendly animal even consider attack after tased,? Makes no sense? I like to see the cam recorder. shooting distance and where this mini donkey shot. I dont believe it was fear or defense, it was murder.

Law enforcement does not have the right to enter private property, kill an animal that lawfully belongs there, and then try to justify it by saying they felt threatened. They should not have been in that situation to begin with. Ask the owners permission first.

Transparency is necessary. It must be shown why it was necessary to fire a weapon in the dark when the officer did not know where the missing child was. A hand raised donkey did not charge and was not a threat requiring either a taser or a bullet.

My opinion is that the officer likes to shoot his gun and viewed HeeHaw as target practice. Should would love to see AND hear that body cam footage. Why would they withhold it, if it wasnt damning??

This was not a case of threaten their lives ,when legally they didn't hv permission 😠 to enter said property. He needs to man up n just admit he made a huge mistake, not cover it up by claiming lives were threatened, he never even gave that donkey a chance !!! Shame on him !!!
