It is not right that this poor donkey was just being a donkey on his own property and got savagely murdered by someone that is supposed to protect us.

This beautiful baby donkey Hee Haw beloved son to his family did not deserve to be murdered and on his own property the only home this baby donkey knew. Why wasn't the family notified first that they needed to look on their property? They could of moved their beloved Hee Haw out of your way. Senseless cruel traumatic huge loss to this family. Transparency and accountability is needed in this case. Release the body camera video.

I’m signing to get justice for Heehaw and his family. This officer had no right to be on private property . If you would have asked for permission they could have put this sweet baby inside. You need to be prosecuted for murdering of this innocent animal. I want to see posted to full video of the body cam!!

This is extremely important! We need to know why he thought it was ok to fire upon a miniature donkey. At this point, there is absolutely NO reason. Whether or not it shows probable cause, the footage still needs to be released so justice can be properly served. If he did wrong, he needs to be reprimanded.

I feel that animals don’t have a voice and we as humans are their voice!!!! Heehaw didn’t deserve to die on her own property at the hands of someone irresponsible with a gun!!!!!!

This was a baby goat. The police had no business shooting an innocent animal.

At this poor donkey there's nothing wrong he just wanted to approach somebody and get attention and he lost his life because he was too friendly

Not only do we need to see the truth about HeeHaw's approach and the officer's reaction, but we need to hear any following discussion as to why they just left without informing the family or checking on the baby donkey. There's really no excuse, and we're tired of lies regarding police shootings!

Its my opinion this police officer is not fit for duty or afirearm as he was way to quick to discharge his weapon without recognizing a legitimate threat level to his or other persons safety. Yes it may have been dark outside but the officer must have been aware there were animals on the property and movement would be highly probable.
My concern is also how he was able to deem a small animal to be a lethal threat when there could have been a owner, occupant or child outside on the property.
He was trespassing!
