A child was missing . Someone on the private property could have been searching to look . IT'S outrageous to have this happen that shots were fired!

Despite the exigency circumstances, they should have at least tried to ask the land owner for permission to search - who probably would have even assisted them, but regardless, should have realized a risk of animals’ presence when they entered the paddock/pasture.
