There are so many things wrong here. Horrifying and tragic loss of a beloved pet, police overreach and what appears to be the thin blue line protecting itself over the public they are supposed to protect. Release the footage.

this was a completely innocent beautiful soul and was shot and killed brutally. acts of violence against innocent animals are never ok! his life mattered....justice for Heehaw needs to be served

I can’t imagine any reason to justify killing a 1 year old donkey at his own home. There must be accountability. If the killing isn’t justified, his killer should be terminated and charged with animal cruelty.
