This is a profound betrayal of public trust. An elected official who leverages public office to advance a private development while personally profiting from that same project has no business remaining in office. And conduct this brazen raises the obvious question: what else has been done at the public’s expense? He needs to go. This warrants investigation, accountability, and, if the evidence supports it, prosecution.

The elected officials should be working for the people of their area. Not abuse their position for personal gain. If they are caught lying, they should be removed from their position immediately. Our elected officials should be held accountable for the position they were elected to hold.

The sale of the property at this time with the current battles against Data centers, while not a conflict of interest it is a poor ethical choice by a sitting judge that could have potential to sit on a board or committee regarding data centers
