Honestly, him getting cancelled was the tip of the iceberg for me. Genuinely got virtually bored of the game for some time with not much to do, he was the reason I would've came back. With the company ignoring so much of the complaints on the global side, now this, which they said the would not do really just turn me of completely.

Honestly, this is a pathetic display by LADS, canceling a whole character because some CN players started whining? What about the Global players? What are we just “extras” to you? I won’t stand for being so disrespected by a company that showcased that they don’t even have a backbone or any sense of self worth for their characters, story and game! #beingValkoback

My girlfriend was extremely excited for this character. She grinded for days to build up in game currency and was ready to spend money on launch day of the character. She was excited and smiling as she kept showing me the trailer and the song. I love seeing her smile and be happy. Then they canceled the character because of irrational toxic hate from the community. Now she's been depressed and I haven't seen her really smile in days. I want to see her happy.

Those who make the loudest and aggressive statements online do not represent everyone, nor does the volume of their voices make them morally right.
If harassment succeeds once, it will happen again. Today it's one character, tomorrow it will be another.
Diversity means allowing people to enjoy different characters. Turning personal dislike into political attacks and demanding censorship is a form of racism.
You don't have to like every character—but you should allow them to exist.

The character has been in development for three years; he is a fundamental part of the game's overall story.
