He's our wonderful hasubando, who was originally planned to be added as a full-fledged love story, but the developers were threatened and decided not to release the character fully.

The dynamic between Valko and MC based on the previews I’ve seen are something that I would actually have myself with a significant other. I was really excited to be able to have a new Li with a similar personality bringing the game a little closer to home for me. I was very excited to meet Valko!
