I think it's fascinating that a company would shelve a character that they've been working on for years (potentially since the conception of the game itself) simply because a subsection of their audience were unhappy, without considering the tastes/opinions of the rest of their audience? Very funny.
Stop using Valko as a scapegoat for the mountains of (valid) criticism that the company has been facing. Stop punishing your players. Bring Valko back.

First of all, I find it completely unnecessary to remove Valko. The players aren't complaining about the characters itself. They are complaining about the content that is insensitive to culture and how unprepared it seems.
They can push back the date of his release so they can be more prepared and update the main stories, which is, another issue the CN players are raising.
Removing Valko is not the solution.
