To bring back Valko, a character who was the victim of illogical arguments against him simply for refusing to accept another type of man in the game, labeling him with adjectives based on stereotypes that do not fit the reality of his character.

this game has been my comfort space as a day 1 player. Seeing them first stand with the character and their developers and then withdraw said statement in 48 hours is ridicolous

As an Argentinian fan of Love and Deepspace, I want Valko back. He may not be the standard in China, but in many other places he's perfect, especially considering the personality he displayed. BRING VALKO BACK

I don’t think it’s right to have caused all this anticipation and excitement and then suddenly take it away, saying it will be gone forever. Fix and put it out!

So, I think the development has freedom to make the new character. Since this is an otome game, adding new character is not something new for an otome game
In fact, there are so many people that love Valkon already
