When I first heard Valko getting canceled it really worried me a lot. People not liking a character shouldn't cause a character to get canceled. I want this character back as not only he was worked hard on, but a lot of people will lose their jobs, it's just not right. He is the missing piece that LADS needs. It's uneven as there's five love interests in the game when there should be six, there was always supposed to be six.

Even 3 weeks out from his forcible removal, Valko’s absence is still incredibly felt. As someone who has been playing the game since day 1—and MLQC before that, which also met an unfortunate fate—the care given to the storyline is one of the strongest aspects of Papergames IPs. The willingness to discard him at the behest of a few disregards the work of countless people: devs, artists, writers, the VA, even the official cosplayer. The boycott comes easily because the carelessness is evident.
