Ask HH to visit Western Canada at a more logical time.
We should let HH know that he could choose a time that is dictated by more practical choices rather than the encouragement of advisors who don’t think about the masses.

Western Canada in July is the most inappropriate time for any event and only insensitive people from the east would plan such an event. The rest of us working people have no choice but to follow and make tremendous sacrifices as this is the time for us to make our money. Also would like to point out only deedar that has no student mulaqat nor non Ismaili spouse gathering, which have been a highlight for all the deedars. Could we have not waited for another 4 months to have this mulaqat than ?

We need a more realistic timeline to prepare for his visit so that the event is planned better for everyone. It would only make for a more valuable and impactful visit. We also have to remember this is an event that is volunteer-led, and MHI has stressed on living a dignified quality life. Some members of the community who wish to volunteer wholeheartedly are unable to participate fully due to work and family commitments, only to make this an inequitable participation.
