To me, this is about much more than a license plate. It's about honoring the legacy of the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha who have made a lasting impact across Colorado through leadership, service, and community. It recognizes the contributions of Black women, preserves an important part of our state's history, and serves as a symbol of the power of sisterhood and a shared commitment to uplifting others.
