We all understand the problem of bots in MMOs, but we also love these games for the freedom to communicate and interact with other players. Restricting our gameplay just because someone else is ruining the experience is not the right way to solve the problem. Such measures would degrade our own gameplay and in-game experience, and bot creators would find a workaround anyway.
A solution that would create a better balance is to allow player-to-player trading exclusively for subscribers.
Botters would have to pay for a subscription and would eventually be banned. It would also be easier to trace illegal trades within a separate mechanic rather than having everything in one market. They might abuse it, but paying extra for a subscription and taxes would become a significant hurdle for them.
Meanwhile, simple players—fair players—who pay for a subscription will be able to trade freely with other subscribers. I think this is fair. If you agree, please sign this petition.

Personally, I want color changing spells choices for the subscription. So for example, I play sorceress and make most of the spells purple to get in tune with my theme and cosplay. That would be worth the money in a heart beat.
