It is necessary to punish those involved in the death of the elephant Kavantissa, and to take appropriate measures to ensure the protection of all other elephants—as well as other animals living in the wild.
To protect all wildlife and take the necessary measures to ensure that such tragic incidents never happen again due to the negligence, incompetence, and failure of governments and relevant authorities to fulfill their responsibilities.
