අහිංසක සතුන්ට මේ කරන අපරාධ අද ඊයෙ ඉඳන් වෙන දෙයක් නෙමෙයි, අවුරුදු ගාණක ඉඳන් වෙන දෙයක්. තාමත් කිසිම රජයකින් මේකට විසඳුමක් ලැබිලා නෑ. ලංකාවේ සාමාන්‍ය අලි ඇතුන් ගහනය 6000-7000 අතර ප්‍රමාණයක් කියලා කියනවා, ඒකෙන් අවුරුද්දකට මැරෙන මුලු ප්‍රමාණය පහු ගුය අවුරුදු වල 250-400 අතරේ වගේ කියලයි සමාජ මාධ්‍ය ඵල කරන්නෙ. ඒකෙනුත් පහුගිය වසරේ සහ, මෙම වසර තුල 500 ඉක්මවූ ප්‍රමාණයක් වාර්ථා වෙනවා. ඉතින් තව අවුරුදු දහයකින්,, හිතාගන්න එහෙනම්. හෙන ගහනව කරපු අපරාදෙට ගෑවුන හැම එකෙක්ටම.
