Please join me in protecting our young people. Zoosk.com has either taken pictures and profiles from Facebook or other social media sites, or allowed under age minors to post their pictures on profiles under its dating site. There is zero tolerance for it not following it's own rules. In two sections of Zoosk's terms of agreements it states PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 Zoosk does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Site from persons under 18 years of age, and no part of the Site is directed to persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then please do not use or access the Site or the Services at any time or in any manner. If Zoosk learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 18 years of age has been collected on the Site, then Zoosk will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. CODE OF ETHICS You agree to adhere to the Zoosk Code of Ethics and certify that: * You are at least 18 years old. When a child's picture is listed or shown as a profile picture I am petitioning that it be taken down. Even a parent should NOT have a picture of their child as a profile picture with in any dating site. I also am demanding that Zoosk cancel all accounts where a picture of a child is showing in the profile, be it with an adult or not.
