Which one of you have had problems with Lebara pre-paid vouchers

I am urgently with your help of course requiring you cooperation in this matter in which I find it horrifying that Lebara gets away from with it. 1._ First of all i would like to start to urge all of you, as soon as you bought the voucher for whatever the cost to make sure that they ae topping up the right amount that you have paid for and not less then waht you have paid for. 2._First of all keep checking you balance before you top it up and then do not forget when the voucher is registered to make sure the previous balance is added on top of the amount written on the voucher that you paid for. 3._ If you do complain make sure that what they dont give s added as I am going to give you an example of today to make myself understood. a._ I had a balance of 0.07 called them to register my top-up of £5.00 which should have given me a new balance of £5.07 but in that case it wasnt and only realised when I checked my balance almost immediately, I then re telephoned them back and asked why waws my balance £4.87 when it should have been £5.07, he then without argument you obviously under balanced by 0.20p i said yes thats right, He then told me im going to give you 0.20 p missimg that will make £5.07. I then rechecked the balance after hanging up and realised that he under cut my balance 0.10p , givig me a balance of £4.97. I then called them back and landed on a man called Troy which has refused totally to refund me my £5.00 and started telling me I want to make sure this is your sim , I told him this is my sim and I havent registered it, it doesnt mean that you cant give me my £5.00 on my line, he then tells me I have to clear security and I said to him what security? so he said to me security, I said to him that this is my sim and that I am not in the habit to top someone else sim. I then hanged up redialled and landed on a female this time that responded to me that I could not have my £5.00 as I failed security and I have told her what are you talking about security when it is my pays as you go mobile and thisis my unregistered sim as you can see from the data that ever since my number is the same calling from it to register only my usual £5.00 top up so give me back on my balance £5.07 and that is when her reponse and severe with the word no you will not be getting it, you are staying on £4.97 4._And this is why I am urging you for old and new customers that wishes to join Lebara that never check when they top up: a._ Is to always check your balance before top up b._Top up and calculate what your top up should be, to make sure that you are getting what you are paying for and not getting undercut. As when they request you to top up they are making sure you are paying for it. So you should get what you paying for and not been undercut. 5._As you can see I just realised the theft today, I do not know how long this was going on for. The only way to stop yourself being stolen is in actual fact to do not trus them, 6._So if you have had any problem with the Lebara please do feel fee to join in the petition as many its the better to prevent them frauding us> 7._ and for the ones that hasnt joined this company or is boutto join please do not join or go in with the eyes opened and alway be on te check of the, if you want to prevent to be defrauded. 8._And if you are with them after you suffered with them please do not hestite to move on as tou do not know whether you have been stolen or not and for how long as I am surewe are all leading a busty life that sometimes we forget the simple task to get on with especially like this one, 9._ As I am sure that we all have to stick together in order to protect to stop those companies thinking that they can rob us blind , and its not only myself that has realised and before that this fraudelent activity has taken place. There could be other customers that had not realised it happening down to ours busy lifestyle and I am afraid to say that is when those companies LIKE FOR EXAMPLE LEBRARA take advantage to thief from us. And that is where we come from to stop it happening. 10._ So please do sign and tel us aboutyou either misadventure with Lebara or even how many of you did they THEFT from. \With kind regards hoping to hear from you as of now or as soon as possible as i said they re pocketing money on us so dont let them as they will leave you starve Yours SIncerley Zoe
