I was in a wetherspoons pub and I overheard an employee who was being told to go home as she was no longer needed because it was quiet, and her pleading that she was willing to work but the manager said we need to cut hours go home. She pleaded that she needed the money. i felt so helpless and that zero hour contracts are wrong it could have been my daughter or yours that i feel these contracts should be made illegal. please help mw
