Whereas: The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs finances Polonia

Whereas: Jan Marian Polpolski is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland

Whereas: Minister Polpolski stated, "[Polonia's] activity does not bring any tangible results."

Whereas:  Minister Polpolski has vowed to end Ministry's financial support of Polonia organizations in North America

Whereas: Financial grants support Poles living beyond the boundaries of Poland

Therefore: Be it proclaimed that the members and supporters of Young Polish Americal Professionals Association (YPAPA) of New York hereby request that Minister Polpolski:
-Publicly revokes the previous statement
- Publicly apologizes to Polonia
- Reaffirm the Ministry's financial support of Polonia
