I believe that rights (specifically voting) should be given to those that are worthy in intelligence, morality, common sense, intelligence, and maturity. not age. It is infuriating that unintelligent, greedy adults have more rights than educated, well-rounded and caring youths. Why should immoral, self-centered adults be at the top of the system, when there are children who want to make a difference for the good of others? Signing this petition, hopefully, will show the government this idea, and hopefully things may change in the (corrupted) system of today. (A way to measure could be a yearly/bi-annual test issued to all Americans, from ages ten and up, to test their qualities and assess their rights in a census-like system.)
