It is becoming more and more previlent in todays society that people do not do any of their own maintenance on their cars and trucks. This however has led to more and more instances of vehicle lights not working correctly and the owner not knowing it. How many times are you following another vehicle and they have a combination of tail lights, turn signals and brake lights burned out or not functioning. There needs to be some check put in whether it be at Insurance renewal, emissions testing or via an email database that other drivers can alert the owner.
