Lake Highlands Area 75243 I believe in building a community center in the area would reduce crime and educate the community also give people something to look forward to doing as getting a GED, college prep ,counseling ,it would also reduce the number of males and females from being on corners, selling drugs, and prostitution and will also provide a food pantry, Clothing and will cut down on crime in the community we would like for you to participate in this petition to better the community Thank You
