    Comments: Vicky first of all, let me thank and honor you for noticing this, because I never noticed it myself. I used to read those same articles you are talking about. Most of them got me into a bunch of bull relationships anyway. If teen girl magizines get ahold of this read it, it's addressed to you. Please read it. :Most of the advice in your magazines is true, but girls who read it are focused on trying to get I guy to like/love them the same way they like/love him. There's nothing wrong with crushes or a little advice, but please don't leave out the most important advice, the advice God gives us on relationships. First of all God tells us not to look for love, or try to awaken love. He tells us that when HE thinks that we are ready for a husband he will send us one. And also NO SEX UNTIL MARRIAGE! (But a lot of magizines tell the girls that sex before marriage is o.k. if you and the boy are in love, and it's monogomous, but at least 80% of these relationships end up in abortion, std's, teen pregnancy, broken hearts, and many other terrible situations.) God is all the love we need until he sends us a husband. It's not God's will for us to jump from relationship to relationship. He has already predestined for us a husband (for the girls) and a wife (for the boys) and some kids are confused on that. But like I was saying, think about it. If we ask these girls, "what do you want a boyfriend for, what's your purpose" Most of them would answer "To not be lonely, to have a companion, to have someone to hang out with, because my friends have one, because everyone else has one and something must be wrong with me if I don't,to be popular, to build my self esteem, and the list goes on." These young girls are confused because a boyfriend is not intended for these purposes, esspecially not sex. A boyfriend/ courtship is the time in which you are old enough, mature enough, and stable enough to soon be married, and you feel this man is the one God wants you to marry( keep in mind that God isn't going to send you any junk, either)so you two date/ court to get to know each other and you have a chance to really see for yourself if this is the one God sent you. So really, these young 11-17 year olds, and sometimes even some 20 year olds don't even need to be trying to figure out "how can I attract this boy or how can I get a boyfriend" It's simple, YOU DON'T NEED ONE, cause if you did, God would have sent you one who liked/loved you for who you already are and what you already do. Oh, somebody stop me before I start preaching. And I'll tell you from experience and other young ladies will too, that over half of our relationships we look back on and feel ashamed.     Comments: thanks so much for this, i feel there is enough pressure on young girls/women at the moment without the magazines adding MORE. people wonder why underage sex is on the rise..along with eatin disorders and self harm...well i think one of the reasons for this is because magazines aint teachin girls to be happy with who they are and they are basicly saying that you have to have a boyfreind to be any one which is SO NOT TRUE. and i have had enough......so sort it out and get some good CLEAN and engouringing articals published

I see this is backed by a Christian organization, cool I'm a Christian I just happen to think this is totally stupid anyways best of luck.
