Dear Yo! Sushi We, the undersigned, love your food. As there is no sushi restaurant in Cheltenham, and the nearest Yo! Sushi being Bristol or Birmingham, it seems to make sense to open one here. We think that it may be very popular, and extremely popular with my stomach. If you could consider us in your new restaurant opening plans, we would be most grateful.
