Yes loans have spent many years deceiving the public and taking up front fees for services that aren't provided. This has to stop. In this current climate as more and more members of the public fall in to their trap and then have to suffer their very rude staff and non existent customer service. The company are taking £69.00 up front and giving the customers a really good run around if we decide against it and want our money back. There are thousands of people who suffer as a result of being harassed and bombarded by their so called "carefully selected partners" and it will stop!!!
