The financial crisis has shown the ever increasing benefits of being part of the eurozone (imagine if each country still had their own currency -- they would all be facing a currency crisis as well!). Slovenia, Malta, Cyprus, and Slovakia recently joined the eurozone. As more countries join in the next few years, and as the eurozone becomes even more integrated, the costs of staying out will increase more and more, given how much trade we have with the zone. Tourism is also strengthened (and it becomes easier for us to go abroad, as well). There will always be problems (like Greece's crisis) but measures to deal with it are coming and in the long run, the euro is the best for Europe! We change our minds and are allowed to vote for a new parliament every few years. The situation with the euro has changed as well, and now more than ever, it is time for Sweden to join the euro! Yes to a new referendum and yes to the euro! Finanskrisen har påvisat de kontinuerligt ökande fördelarna med att vara medlemmar i EMU (föreställ dig om varje land fortfarande hade sin egen valuta -- de skulle alla stå inför en egen valutakris!). Slovenien, Malta, Cypern, och Slovakien blev nyligen medlemmar i EMU. Då allt fler länder blir medlemmar under de kommande åren, och då EMU-samarbetet fortsätter att bli alltmer integrerat kommer kostnaderna för att förbli utanför öka mer och mer med tanke på vår stora handel med EMU-länderna. Turismen stärks också (och det blir dessutom lättare för oss att resa utomlands). Det kommer alltid att finnas problem (som Greklands kris) men åtgärderna kommer och på lång sikt är euron det bästa för Europa! Vi ändrar åsikter och röstar för en ny riksdagssammansättning med några års mellanrum. Eurosituationen har också förändrats och nu mer än någonsin är det dags för Sverige att anamma euron! Ja till en ny folkomröstning och ja till euron!
