AT&T prints millions of Yellow Books every year that no one uses. They go in the trash or sit on doorsteps of empty residences. This is a massive waste of natural resources. AT&T is clearly not a "green" company and must be held liable for the trash that they leave in our communities and neighborhoods. AT&T Yellowpages should only be delivered to people with land-line phones and should otherwise be made available to the public at apartment leasing offices and other area businesses, like the United States Post Office. AT&T should also be held responsible for the recycling of unused Yellow Books when the new edition is printed. This is problem that faces the whole country and cannot be ignored. Over 250 thousand TONS of paper are used for Yellow Books every year!
