If the Y is able to build at Mahackeno, it will go down in the annals of our fair town's history as the travesty that it is: private interests being foisted on the "good people of Westport," all in the name of "progress," or "lack of better choices," or now it's "We/the Y have no where else to go, so Westport will be Y-Less"...each argument more ridiculous than the last...!!
Does the Y need a new home? Certainly! But not at the expense of so much else...
They need to find a better solution...a REAL SOLUTION.
