Leisure Mobile Home Park Management has conducted their annual yard inspections recently, they did them in the first week of September. We were notified of these inspections in the May and June editions of the Leisure Times. Law states that management may perform yard inspections at a "reasonable" time. Kids are back in school, residents have prepared their yards several times for inspections that never happened until recently. This is a family park, and most of us have busy schedules. In the past, inspections have been done 2-4 weeks after the issued date. By signing this petition, you are agreeing that doing a yard inspection three months later from the initial date is NOT a reasonable time. Further, you agree that management's right to inspect is now void for this year, as they wasted their inspection window.
