I called, wrote, been on hold for hours and still never spoke to a Yahoo human.. My Yahoo email had many of my very important emails and contacts, which now are gone, gone gone. I thought when Melissa took over, things would get better, instead with my lost information, my life has been a living nightmare. Please sign my petition if you have had similar problems with Yahoo and maybe they will pay attention to their customers.
