   Comments: I agree. I've even been told that another Boricua is a spic I've been refused a transfer to a white woman they hired from outside, a white woman who started the same time I did got better pay with no experience. I was put in a dept. with 3 blacks, 1 indian and 1 mexican, because the boss felt I would feel more comfortable. This was the position I applied for and was denied, but I still sit there.
