The Xenosaga Series Was developed by Monolith Soft and published by Namco. There were three main titles, that were released: Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht (The Will to Power) Episode II: Jenseits von Gut und Böse (Beyond Good & Evil) Episode III: Also sprach Zarathustra (Thus Spoke Zarathustra). The First Two Titles were remade for the DS in Japan in March 2006. Only The Anime Series, The Three main titles, and Manga made it to the U.S., Also Well As The Relation of Xenogears. Namco Bandai expressed some interest in continuing the Xenosaga series past the original trilogy. As noted in a FAQ with IGN, their answers suggested a willingness to fund additional games, hinging on sales results of Episode III. Heres A Question Pulled From A Interview: Question: Any plans on bringing new Xeno series to PS3 Answer: Namco Bandai: The answer for this question is related to earlier questions. There are no plans at this point but we might consider bringing new Xeno series to PS3 if there are "huge fan requests and sales." The quotes there are the key..HUGE Fan Requests and sales. They Made Bits of IV during the third...but scraped it near the end of III's making. The Original series is supose to have 6 main titles...why just stop half way I know tons of people who would buy the next title (if there will be one) in half a heartbeat. Most of us Miss KOS-MOS..and Shion and well as MOMO, Jr., Ziggy, Jin, Chaos, Miyuki, Nephelim, etc. Just making a IV'th installment..would be the greatest thing ever. Some of Namco developers want to continue it..but its all about huge fan requests and sales.
