The 2nd one made the game unpopular due to its drastic change in battle gameplay and character design and incomplete story,But all has been tied up togheter in the 3rd one
This game has come a bit late( it should have been the ep 2 ,so the fan base would have pursue this game story and not quit and it would have appeal to the newcomers too.
The game is well done,the battle system ROCKS,the story ROCKS,the CG rocks,the story is CRAZY,the graphic design is awesome,blending realism with fantasy togheter( like ep 1 and 2 model design mix togheter)
this game has already a DIE hard fan based and its really big and well knowned to all RPG players ( due to xenogear from squaresoft) this game still has potential.
Make the 4 one with a new name on PS3( not XS ep 4) make something like XenoProphecy : Rebirth ,followed by XenoProphecy : Abyss and something like that so that it changes if its a new publisher that took this game in their hand.
