Windows 8 integrates XBOX music and video into the core OS UI experience - but users in Malta have been left in the cold. Maltese users are not able to access any of the inapp store features, nor are they able to access XBOX marketplace from any Xbox consoles. Microsoft currently does not seem to have any plans to support market access for Malta. Repeated checks have met various answers ranging from 'it's being considered' to ' maybe in the future' to 'no plans at all'.
