Comments: Such a good initiative. My situation in short. I registred for UK, and could use my Danish VISA to pay for a couple of years, but now MS has restricted the payment options such that the VISA card should be from the registration country. So at first they want your money, but later - "just get a new gamertag".

Comments: i previously lived in the uk, but have moved to new zeland. my xbox live account is now virtually useless to me, as i have no way of purchasing games on XBLA, or playing online. im on my 3rd xbox so with the money i have paid for the hardware, i did not expect this sort of oversight to stop me using it.
