In Wynne Arkansas a 9th grade student by the last name of Bell was the victim of a crime act that was not labeled a crime act. Five kids were left in the locker room, including Bell. The four other kids all white attempted to hang Bell with a noose. Three of the four students were suspended and the coach was written up.
