Susan Clairmont The Hamilton Spectator (May 30, 2008) Baby Cohen's father has been arrested for his murder.Terry Legacy, 26, was charged early yesterday with second-degree murder for the Mother's Day death of six-week-old Cohen. He was taken into custody by homicide and child abuse investigators.Cohen's mother believes her newborn's murder might have been prevented if police hadn't kept information from her during a previous abuse investigation involving another one of her children.Please keep this man lock up with no bail so baby Cohen and his family can move on and Cohen may rest with the angels.
