Tucker's Law - My Child My Last Name

The petition

Petition for a Father's Right to change his child's Name once the paternity has been established through DNA testing and the results have been declared in court.

This will give the child his birthright of having the proper surname. And it will give the father the right to change the child's name in situations where the child was wrongfully named after someone else.

If you are 18 years of age and older please sign the petition in support of this effort.
