SEPTDUH, I mean SEPTA is constructing a so-called "trolley extension" into a drug infested neighborhood! It will take seniors and our children right through neighborhoods run by gangsta's!!! We need to stand up to SEPTDUH's big goverment know it all "genius ideas" and have less so-called trollies and more cops in our neighborhoods!!!!
