My car gets so hot my kids start crying before we even leave the driveway. This law is just a way to write tickets for money.
Georgia heat is brutal. My ac can barely keep up and the sun just kills my dashboard. Just let us have 35% tint like other states.
The cops can just ask us to roll them down if they are so worried. Dont punish everyone just because of their paranoia.
TOTAL B.S. I got pulled over 3 times last year just for my windows. I have a medical condition and need the shade.
Sick of paying fines for this. My tint isnt even that dark and they treat me like a criminal.

The law is outdated. I wanted tinted windows to protect me the Sam as law enforcement has.
