These three organizations, Asian Arts Initiative, Highwire Gallery, and the Institute for Arts in Education are valuable resources for Philadelphia and indeed for the nation. The Asian Arts Initiative is, in fact, one of only a small handful of similar organizations across the country. This makes Philadelphia a National Leader by the mere fact that this company exists.
I urge you to continue to put Philadelphia at the nation's forefront of minority business, community, and artistic/cultural support by making the needs of the Gilbert Arts Project and the community driven development of Chinatown a top priority for the city. |
