Shawn was put in prison for something he did not do.His wife abused her baby,and even confessed to it.They did not give him a fair trail,they denied his consitutional rights,by not allowing him to bring other evidence into court that would prove him not guilty.tTrail was all one sided,and the judge wanted to set example on child abuse and Shawn was railroaded.The only reason they put Shawn in prison was because they said he was responsible for her child even know it wasnt his.The abuse happened behind Shawn\'s back,and his wife trista confessed through a 7 page letter to the judge and the prosacuting attorney ,that she has been abusing her daughter even before her and Shawn met.a doctors note was also given to the court that trista was going through post pardon depression ,and was also taking the medication prozac and valium ,while abusing her child,this also was not brought up in court. When the abusing was gone on shawn was usally out some where,and trista would always say that her daughter had a accident,and she would never let shawn take her daughter to the hostpital.But finally shawn got sick of it and took the baby to the hostpital,and trista argured with him,but shawn took the baby anyway,and thats when the found the injuries on the baby,and thank god shawn took the baby to the hostpital,or she would of killed the baby.So please help our family and free Shawn Bonney
