| 201 | Phil Whisman | We got VA to do this and then we quit, brilliant move by our leadership |
| 202 | Jacqueline Hill | As a teacher in a rural area, I see first hand how
"HARD" it is for families to buy the things their
children need for school. |

| 207 | Mr& Mrs Ronald Sheets | To The state of WV; My grand kids went to Va. to get their Back to School Tax Free Holiday. West Virginia NEEDS TO BRING BACK THE TAX FREE HOLIDAY for all of West Virginia.
Thanks Ron & Retta |
| 208 | Angela Main | This newly adopted holiday cost WV retailers hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost business, especially retailers whose stores are within close proximity to the Virginia border.
I live right on the state line and the stores I visited in VA were extremely busy. It was like Christmas. Why not let our WV retailers reap the benefits of this obviously profitable occasion??? I for one would like to do my shopping in WV. Keep our money at home! |

| 234 | Mandy Fink | I think the state needs to rethink the taking away the tax free weekend. Too many families need that break to help them supply things that their children need. I know that the new law states that teachers cannot send home a list of supplies needed but we all know out kids still need these things. I would ask you to reconsider the removal of this tax break to help West Virginia families better support their children's needs. |
| 235 | Matthew Epling | I think the tax free back to school program was a true life saver for children and education. |

| 248 | wendy hicks | Back to school is a very expensive time. Especially when you have more than one child to get prepared with the back to school essentials. How sad to have to leave your on state and cross over to the bordering state to be able to get your children a better deal on school supplies and clothing to stretch your dollars a little bit further. |
