To the students of Allison June Muhammad's Online Anthropology 3200 class: The random addition of class participation points is unjust and calls for action. For those of you who have lost 60 points for being unable to attend these chat sessions, and even for those of you that got the points, but are just fed up with this class, please read on. It's time that something is done about this class. Many of us lost 60 points for absolutely no good reason, and this loss of points is making a huge difference in our grades. We don't have very many options at this point, but hopefully this will get us somewhere. Please sign this petition to make it known that, either: 1. You did NOT agree to do Saturday Chats. 2. You were not aware that chats would be worth participation points. or 3. You were not able to attend the chats due to work, class, etc. Or all three reasons.
